What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end product strategy for a driving behavior and engagement platform focused on retention and user value.
  • Optimize core user journeys, including trip tracking, driving scores, rewards systems, and safety insights.
  • Develop behavioral engagement loops through notifications, incentives, and personalized feedback.
  • Lead A/B testing, funnel analysis, and user research to validate high-impact product decisions.
  • Define next-generation mobility experiences, including AI-driven personalization and crash detection concepts.
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, data science, and growth teams to deliver user-centric experiences.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience in consumer-facing, mobile-first, data-driven digital products.
  • Strong background in engagement, retention, personalization, and habit-forming product experiences.
  • Proven ability to use data and experimentation to drive decisions in ambiguous problem spaces.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, iterative environments such as startups or high-growth companies.
  • Must be based in North America (Canada or USA).
  • Excellent UX intuition and ability to identify and resolve user friction points.

Nice to have

  • Experience in trust-sensitive domains such as mobility, fintech, marketplaces, insurance, or safety-focused products.
