What you will do

• Lead global People Operations across multiple entities and EOR populations using partners like Oyster, Deel, and Safeguard Global.
• Drive operational excellence by automating processes through AI, Jira, and system redesigns.
• Improve the employee experience by strengthening onboarding, orientation, and day-to-day support.
• Design scalable global workflows, controls, and regional handoffs to increase efficiency.
• Partner with the Director of People Operations to refine the global operating model.

Requirements

• 6+ years in HR or People Operations, with 3+ years in leadership managing distributed teams.
• Deep expertise in HRIS platforms such as Rippling, Workday, or similar systems.
• Strong foundation in global employment law and compliance.
• Proven ability to scale HR processes in fast-paced, high-growth tech environments.
• Must be based in Santa Clara, CA for hybrid work.
• Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled technology (subject to EAR compliance).
