What you will do

• Lead the paid marketing strategy and roadmap end-to-end for new DTC products including IUL and annuities.
• Own the execution from pre-launch positioning translation through to full-scale growth.
• Develop and lead cross-channel strategies across Meta, Search, YouTube, TikTok, and other paid channels.
• Manage budget allocation, channel mix, testing roadmaps, and creative direction autonomously.
• Partner with product, brand, creative, and analytics teams to align on positioning and measurement.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years in paid marketing, including 7+ years where paid user acquisition was the primary growth driver.
• Proven success in-house at a high-growth, direct response B2C startup; Fintech or Insurtech experience preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading paid marketing for new product launches or new business lines.
• Deep platform expertise across Meta, Search, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Strong command of MMM, incrementality testing, geo lift, and DR measurement under signal loss.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and BI tools such as Tableau.
