What you will do

• Build and grow hirify.global's organic presence on Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Develop playbooks for community engagement, defining when to post, reply, or stay silent.
• Grow and manage hirify.global’s subreddits into active, trusted communities.
• Create a scalable content and engagement strategy leveraging AI tools.
• Collaborate with Growth and Content teams to maintain brand consistency across channels.
• Measure impact through sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in community management or organic social.
• Experience in fintech, insurtech, or other regulated consumer-facing categories.
• Platform native proficiency in Reddit, TikTok, and Quora with a non-corporate writing style.
• Understanding of SEO and how LLMs cite sources.
• Ability to make complex or stressful categories feel human and authentic.
• Must be based in the US or Canada.
