What you will do

• Grow hirify.global's organic presence and authenticity across key channels including Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Develop strategic playbooks for community engagement, defining when to post, reply, or remain silent.
• Cultivate and scale hirify.global's subreddits into active, trusted communities.
• Build a scalable content and engagement strategy leveraging AI tools without losing human authenticity.
• Collaborate with Growth and Content teams to maintain consistency across all organic channels.
• Measure success through sentiment analysis, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in community management or organic social, ideally within fintech, insurtech, or regulated consumer categories.
• Expertise in platform-native writing styles, with a strong ability to avoid corporate-speak to earn community trust.
• Strategic understanding of SEO and the mechanics of how LLMs cite sources.
• Proven ability to make "boring" or stressful categories feel human and engaging.
• Must be based in the US or Canada to be eligible for regional benefits like 401(K) or RRSP.
