What you will do

• Own strategy and execution for offline channels (Radio, Podcasts, Direct Mail) to meet budget and performance goals.
• Track weekly and monthly KPIs and implement rigorous optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with Creative, Analytics, MarTech, Product, and Finance teams to drive channel performance.
• Manage external agencies for media buys, negotiations, and contract reconciliations.
• Present insights and forward-looking growth strategies to senior leadership in biweekly and quarterly meetings.
• Scale operations by leveraging AI-enabled systems and staying current with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• 5+ years of direct response marketing experience.
• 3+ years managing offline performance marketing at a high-growth B2C startup.
• Deep expertise in at least two channels: Radio, Podcasts, Direct Mail, Creator Partnerships, or Sponsorships.
• Experience with Fintech or Insuretech (preferred).
• Advanced MS Excel skills and experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, Hex).
