What you will do

• Grow and manage hirify.global's organic presence on key platforms including Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Develop and execute a playbook for community interaction, determining optimal posting and reply cadences.
• Build and scale an authentic engagement strategy, leveraging AI tools where appropriate.
• Foster and grow hirify.global's subreddits into active, trusted communities.
• Collaborate with Growth and Content teams to ensure messaging consistency across all channels.
• Analyze and report on sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in community management or organic social media.
• Background in fintech, insurtech, or other consumer-facing regulated industries.
• Must be based in the United States to be eligible for benefits and employment.
• Ability to write in a platform-native tone, avoiding corporate-speak to earn organic trust.
• Strategic understanding of SEO and how LLMs cite sources.
