Salary: $270,000 - $300,000

What you will do

• Lead engagement with the investment community and develop a comprehensive strategy to communicate financial performance and long-term vision.
• Oversee the preparation and execution of investor calls and presentations, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Partner with executive leadership to provide market insights and shape external messaging.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors and analysts in global capital markets.
• Monitor competitor performance, market trends, and industry developments to inform internal strategy.
• Own external forecast models and handle day-to-day inquiries from institutional investors.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in investor relations, equity research, or related financial fields.
• Proven track record of building relationships with institutional investors and equity research analysts.
• Deep understanding of financial statements, capital markets, and valuation drivers.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for representing the company to executives and investors.
• Experience operating in high-growth, entrepreneurial environments.
• Must be based in the United States (excluding AK, DE, IA, MS, NE, SD, WV, WI).
