Salary: $270,000 – $310,000

What you will do

• Own long-range financial planning, annual operating plans, and rolling forecasts.
• Lead the FP&A function, including budgeting, variance analysis, and performance management.
• Partner with the CFO to develop the financial narrative for the Board and external investors.
• Lead financial analysis for capital structure, liquidity planning, and long-term funding strategies.
• Collaborate with Corp Dev to evaluate and execute potential acquisitions and strategic investments.
• Drive AI-first financial transformation by designing new processes, tools, and controls.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, corporate finance, or investment banking.
• Deep knowledge and experience in the crypto industry.
• Expert-level financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
• Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills.
• Must be based in New York.
