What you will do

• Lead the technical onboarding journey from contract signature to successful production go-live.
• Guide customer technical teams through APIs, data flows, SDKs, configuration, and best practices.
• Debug and resolve complex integration issues across Java, Kotlin, TypeScript, Swift, and streaming workflows.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools and automation to optimize delivery efficiency, diagnostics, and integration workflows.
• Act as the primary technical liaison between customers and internal Engineering, Product, and Support teams.
• Validate production readiness by verifying monitoring, logs, metrics, and operational dashboards.

Requirements

• Proficiency in programming languages: Java, Kotlin, TypeScript, Swift, and React.
• Experience with video streaming technologies: HLS, MPEG-DASH, DRM, and ad insertion.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and messaging systems like MQTT or RabbitMQ.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure concepts.
• Skill in using observability tools: Grafana, Kibana/ELK, Prometheus, and Loki.
• Fluency in English and a strong analytical mindset for structured troubleshooting in distributed systems.
