What you will do

• Lead and manage Technical Implementation Leads and Software Developers delivering customer-facing healthcare interoperability implementations.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership across discovery, solution design, estimation, implementation planning, and deployment.
• Oversee technical delivery across multiple concurrent customer projects, ensuring quality, scalability, and maintainability.
• Provide guidance on HL7 FHIR, HL7 v2, CDA/CCDA, REST APIs, data mapping, and SQL validation.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, CloudOps, Support, Architecture, and Customer Success teams to deliver supportable solutions.
• Develop and maintain reusable assets including buildbooks, implementation playbooks, and reference architectures.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software development, technical implementations, or healthcare interoperability.
• 3+ years of experience managing and leading technical resources.
• Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, cloud-native environments, and distributed systems.
• Experience with enterprise database technologies such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or MongoDB.
• Strong healthcare domain experience (payer, provider, interoperability, CMS, or regulatory programs).
• Must be based in the US (Remote US).
