What you will do

• Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Delivery Solution Architects, owning their career growth and performance management.
• Define and execute the technical strategy across the Financial Services portfolio to drive AI transformation.
• Partner with Sales, Pre-Sales, Professional Services, and Systems Integrators to accelerate use case delivery and reduce risk.
• Manage capacity planning and investment forecasting for the FINS portfolio using data-driven justifications.
• Drive measurable customer outcomes, including use-case throughput, consumption growth, and renewal rates.
• Develop scalable systems, operating cadences, and playbooks to optimize the broader DSA practice.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing customer-facing technical teams (DSA, Solution Architect, TAM, or equivalent).
• Proven track record of putting data and AI workloads into production at scale.
• Strong familiarity with business problems and AI use cases within banking, capital markets, insurance, or asset management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to travel up to 30% as needed.
• Must be based in Georgia, Illinois, New York, or Washington, D.C.
