What you will do
- Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Delivery Solution Architects, owning their career growth and performance management.
- Define and execute the technical strategy across the Financial Services portfolio to drive AI transformation.
- Partner with Sales, Pre-Sales, Professional Services, and Systems Integrators to accelerate use case delivery and reduce risk.
- Manage capacity planning and investment forecasting for the FINS portfolio using data-driven justifications.
- Drive measurable customer outcomes, including use-case throughput, consumption growth, and renewal rates.
- Develop scalable systems, operating cadences, and playbooks to optimize the broader DSA practice.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing customer-facing technical teams (DSA, Solution Architect, TAM, or equivalent).
- Proven track record of putting data and AI workloads into production at scale.
- Strong familiarity with business problems and AI use cases within banking, capital markets, insurance, or asset management.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to travel up to 30% as needed.
- Must be based in Georgia, Illinois, New York, or Washington, D.C.
