What you will do

• Serve as the primary delivery leader for complex client engagements, building relationships with business and technical stakeholders.
• Lead engagement planning, delivery strategy, and execution oversight to establish a consistent delivery rhythm.
• Manage cross-functional teams of architects, engineers, and analysts, removing blockers and fostering collaboration.
• Partner with technical teams on implementation strategies and participate in architecture discussions.
• Translate business objectives into actionable delivery plans while managing technical dependencies and risks.
• Drive knowledge transfer and delivery readiness throughout the engagement lifecycle using Databricks and cloud data ecosystems.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience leading technical delivery or complex technology initiatives in consulting environments.
• Hands-on experience delivering solutions leveraging Databricks is required.
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale cloud and data initiatives.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Strong proficiency with Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Must be eligible to work in the US (indicated by US-specific benefits and pay scales).

• Experience with Snowflake, Azure, or AI/ML initiatives.
• Scrum certifications or advanced Agile leadership experience.
