• Scope and lead highly complex, multi-quarter initiatives for Digital Native Business customers.
• Drive regional excellence and contribute to booking targets and consumption goals.
• Shape account strategies to align with client goals and lead sales of Professional Services & Training (PS&T) offerings.
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with senior customer stakeholders.
• Coach and mentor junior Engagement Managers, acting as a resource for complex projects.

Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership experience in Professional Services.
• Expertise in hirify.global architecture, ecosystem, and strategic account planning.
• Expert-level understanding of PS&T offerings with the ability to customize solutions for complex environments.
• Ability to travel up to 25-50% as required.
• Must be based in the United States.
