Salary: $127,600 - $191,400 USD

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of Alliance Specialists to support the Microsoft partnership across the organization.
  • Oversee multi-million-dollar Microsoft funding programs, ensuring compliance, tracking, and governance.
  • Drive co-sell execution with Microsoft field teams to align priority solutions and accounts.
  • Manage pipeline hygiene and reporting within Salesforce to support forecasting and data quality.
  • Coordinate relationship management with Microsoft field stakeholders and prepare materials for cadence meetings.
  • Partner with Marketing to execute Microsoft-related events, campaigns, and success story amplification.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in alliances, partner management, or business development.
  • Experience working within or alongside the Microsoft partner ecosystem.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and pipeline management.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship provided.
