Salary: $127,600 - $191,400 USD

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of Alliance Specialists to support the Microsoft partnership across the organization.
- Oversee multi-million-dollar Microsoft funding programs, ensuring compliance, tracking, and governance.
- Drive co-sell execution with Microsoft field teams to align priority solutions and accounts.
- Manage pipeline hygiene and reporting within Salesforce to support forecasting and data quality.
- Coordinate relationship management with Microsoft field stakeholders and prepare materials for cadence meetings.
- Partner with Marketing to execute Microsoft-related events, campaigns, and success story amplification.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in alliances, partner management, or business development.
- Experience working within or alongside the Microsoft partner ecosystem.
- Proven ability to manage teams and operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and pipeline management.
- Must be authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship provided.
