TL;DR

Regional Director, AE (Fintech): Leading and scaling a team of Account Executives to expand retirement benefit access for SMBs with an accent on quota attainment and sales coaching. Focus on managing the end-to-end sales pipeline, recruiting top talent in the retirement/HCM space, and optimizing regional revenue growth.

Location: Remote (Must be located in Mountain West: Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, or Colorado)

Salary: OTE $220,000 - $230,000 (Base $105,000 - $115,000)

What you will do

  • Coach and mentor a team of Account Executives to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
  • Recruit and retain AEs by hiring for core competencies and coaching sales and implementation processes.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process and provide accurate revenue forecasting.
  • Drive a culture of accountability and high performance within the regional team.
  • Travel within the region and nationally for field rides, sales conferences, and partnership huddles.

Requirements

  • Must be located in Mountain West (Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, or Colorado).
  • 1+ years of experience selling 401k products with proven success.
  • 3-5 years of experience leading front-line sales professionals in retirement services, HCM, or payroll industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience building relationships with CPAs, payroll providers, and benefit brokers.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM for pipeline management and forecasting.
