Salary: $53,650 – $73,000

What you will do

• Lead multiple new client installations per month for the JH Origination platform.
• Conduct readiness reviews and establish guidelines and time-frames to ensure successful installations.
• Monitor installation phases, track milestones, and escalate issues to project managers.
• Troubleshoot technical issues post-implementation and conduct exit reviews to improve future processes.
• Collaborate on pilot and beta initiatives to shape the next generation of the platform.
• Provide training and guidance to installation team members and customers.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience with financial institution software or implementations.
• Proven experience working directly with external clients.
• Must reside within a 70-mile radius of specified office locations.
• No immigration sponsorship available (H-1B, PERM, etc.).

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience acting as a team lead overseeing successful implementations.
• Knowledge of Basecamp, SharePoint, MS Word, and MS Excel.
• Domain expertise in the financial industry, specifically regarding deposits.
• Familiarity with hirify.global products.
