What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end modernization of the Servicing Platform, including strategy, execution, and architecture evolution.
• Own complex, multi-year transformation programs, managing investment, risk, governance, and value realization.
• Collaborate with business, product, architecture, infrastructure, data, and cybersecurity leaders to align priorities.
• Translate business strategy into a modernization roadmap and adoptable product capabilities.
• Communicate tradeoffs, risks, and progress to executive stakeholders in business terms.
• Build and lead a high-performing organization capable of operating in complex, ambiguous environments.

Requirements

• Must be based in Detroit, MI or Arlington, TX (Hybrid - 3 days/week in office).
• 15+ years of IT delivery experience and 7+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of leading enterprise-scale modernization and multi-million-dollar programs.
• Deep fluency in modern product, platform, and architecture practices; legacy-only backgrounds are insufficient.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing AI skills and capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; Master's degree is preferred.
