What you will do

• Manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, data management, absence tracking, and offboarding.
• Prepare global HR documentation such as employment contracts, policies, and payroll-related forms.
• Maintain accurate employee records and personal data within the proprietary platform.
• Coordinate with vendors, insurance providers, and pension partners to ensure seamless benefits administration.
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing accurate data on absences, bonuses, and leaves.
• Conduct audits and data checks to ensure timely and accurate payments for professionals.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in HR operations.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required.
• Basic knowledge of labor legislation throughout the EMEA region.
• Strong administrative background with proficiency in MS Office.
• Proven ability to work in a dynamic, international, and cross-cultural environment.
• Must be based in Poland for this 9-month fixed-term contract.
