What you will do

  • Lead global compensation strategy, programs, and operations across salary, equity, and incentives.
  • Partner with executive leadership and Finance to align compensation with business strategy and workforce planning.
  • Oversee annual planning processes, including merit cycles, promotions, and equity refreshes.
  • Build scalable compensation frameworks and infrastructure to support rapid global growth.
  • Drive compensation analytics and benchmarking to ensure market competitiveness.
  • Optimize compensation systems, governance, and reporting capabilities in collaboration with People Systems teams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive compensation experience in high-growth technology companies.
  • Deep expertise in compensation strategy, analytics, and equity programs.
  • Advanced analytical and modeling skills with expertise in Google Sheets and Excel.
  • Exceptional communication and executive stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience supporting global organizations and pre-IPO environments.
