Senior Manager, Supply Planning (Supply Chain): Leading supply planning and capacity management to ensure material availability and supply base resilience with an accent on S&OP processes and finished goods procurement. Location: Hybrid (Deerfield, IL) — reporting to HQ 3x per week (Tues-Thurs)
Salary: $124,000 - $190,000 USD

What you will do
- Lead and develop a high-performance team of supply planners, managers, and analysts through coaching and performance reviews.
- Manage supply-demand imbalances and proactively identify and mitigate risks within the supply network.
- Own the procurement of finished goods to satisfy customer demand while supporting targeted inventory levels and resource utilization.
- Facilitate weekly S&OE meetings and the monthly S&OP consensus cycle to align supply with business demand.
- Maintain Master Data for lot sizes, ordering frequency, and manufacturing data to ensure operational efficiency.
- Collaborate across Material Planning, Inventory Management, Demand Planning, and Finance to serve as the product availability focal point.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of related supply chain experience.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, specifically SAP (APO & R3), including Master Scheduling and Production Planning.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and supporting strategic initiatives.
- Ability to work in a hybrid schedule in Deerfield, IL (3x per week).
Nice to have
- APICS certification.
- Prior supervisory experience or experience coaching others.
