Salary: $85,000 - $153,000 per year

The Pokémon Company International manages the Pokémon brand outside of Asia, overseeing licensing, marketing, the Trading Card Game, and the official Pokémon Center ecommerce business.

What you will do

• Maintain and monitor upfront and scatter deals in the order management system to ensure accurate delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external partners to ensure strategic alignment and responsive support.
• Develop and implement support delivery strategies, escalation procedures, and training programs to improve service quality.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to support business continuity.
• Identify and execute opportunities for process improvements, cost reduction, and customer value enhancement.
• Monitor and report on account health and business performance metrics to ensure long-term success.

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional expertise.
• Account management experience supporting supply chain, logistics, or service operations.
• Experience using ERP systems such as Oracle Cloud or SAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Ability to travel up to 4 times per year domestically.
