Salary: $153,000–$200,000

What you will do

• Execute regional supply chain strategies aligned with global corporate direction.
• Lead purchasing, inventory, logistics, and master data management within the assigned scope.
• Provide multi-site operational leadership across manufacturing and distribution locations.
• Lead supply chain participation in ERP and SAP-enabled digital transformation, including S/4HANA.
• Drive performance management through KPIs, analytics, and forecasting.
• Build, lead, and develop high-performing supply chain teams and leadership pipelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or Engineering.
• 8+ years of progressive supply chain, logistics, or operations leadership experience.
• Management experience with success in lean principles, value stream mapping, or 5S methodologies.
• Required ERP experience, with a strong preference for SAP and S/4HANA.
• Must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR.
• Must be based in or be able to commute to Columbia/Frederick (MD) or Coppell (TX).

Nice to have

• Experience in electronics or engineered products environments.
• Knowledge of U.S. import and export regulations and bonded programs.
