What you will do

• Orchestrate the Wilton demand and supply cycle to secure system output and customer service events.
• Maintain balanced inventory levels to minimize excess and obsolescence (E&O).
• Implement and improve planning policies, methodologies, and parameters to optimize planning signals.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of material planners, focusing on their personal growth and performance.
• Collaborate with demand planning, sourcing, product lifecycle management, and production planning stakeholders.
• Analyze and report on team and department performance to drive structural improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master's degree.
• Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, or Sourcing.
• Proven experience in leading and building diverse teams of more than 5 people.
• Deep understanding of supply chain management processes, specifically material and supply planning.
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology under United States Export Administration Regulations.
• Experience with Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and a general understanding of SAP solutions.
