What you will do

• Execute supply plans using MPS and MRP to align inventory levels with stocking plans.
• Supervise and lead procurement and logistics employees.
• Manage vendor selection, RFQ processes, negotiations, and contract management to ensure cost and quality.
• Optimize inventory levels to balance working capital and stock availability.
• Oversee transportation planning for customers and contract manufacturers.
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive supply chain or operations management experience.
• 3+ years of direct people management experience.
• Proven expertise in procurement, vendor management, and demand forecasting.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and supply chain management software.
• Must be able to work on-site in Brisbane, CA.

Nice to have

• APICS certification (CSCP, CPIM, CSCA).
• Experience in regulated medical device environments (21 CFR Part 820).
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite, Propel PLM, or Asana.
• Experience transporting Li-ion batteries as Dangerous Goods.
• Background in lean manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives.
