TL;DR

VP, HR - Customer Service (Fintech): Leading the HR strategy and operational delivery for US and global customer service business clients with an accent on strategic workforce planning and employee experience. Focus on driving culture shifts, managing executive-level partnerships, and ensuring rigorous HR compliance across a geographically diverse matrixed organization.

Location: Hybrid - Must be based in the US and able to commute to the nearest Hub (e.g., Stamford, CT) for in-person engagement

Salary: $150,000 - $250,000 per year

What you will do

  • Lead the US Hub HR team to implement business and HR strategies and solutions for complex strategic challenges.
  • Partner with executives on organizational design, recruiting, succession management, and talent development.
  • Drive culture shifts and engagement plans aligned with company values and long-term business goals.
  • Manage proactive employee relationships and provide strategic input on labor strategies.
  • Oversee HR compliance with employment laws, state/government regulations, and internal policies.
  • Identify and manage high-potential talent and tailor development solutions to meet business needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of HR Business Partner experience (or 12+ years of HR Leadership experience without a degree).
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required (no sponsorship provided).
  • Proven experience supporting multiple executive-level clients and managing HR Generalists.
  • Experience working with geographically diverse, matrixed client groups.
  • Must be able to commute to a physical Hub for in-person engagement activities.

Nice to have

  • Master's degree in Human Resources or a business-related field.
  • Experience in financial services or customer service organizations.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing remote or virtual teams.
  • Knowledge of OFCCP audits, EEOC complaints, and AAP reporting.
