Salary: $160,000–$185,000

What you will do
- Lead strategy, planning, and execution for high-impact product areas aligned with company objectives.
- Define multi-year product strategies and connect outcomes to business impact, adoption, and revenue growth.
- Drive product discovery and end-to-end execution of user-centered, technically feasible solutions.
- Synthesize market intelligence and regulatory requirements to anticipate trends and mitigate risks.
- Influence company-wide product priorities and represent the company in industry or policy forums.
- Mentor and coach other product managers to elevate product practices organization-wide.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience in healthcare technology.
- Proven success scaling mission-critical, interoperability-enabled platforms and data infrastructure.
- Deep expertise with healthcare standards (EHRs, HL7, FHIR, USCDI, CMS standards).
- Experience designing and scaling healthcare APIs (REST, FHIR, HL7) and developer platforms in SaaS.
- Knowledge of Medicaid programs, value-based care, and social determinants of health (SDoH).
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or BI tools for working directly with healthcare data.
