Salary: $205,900 – $228,800 + bonus + benefits.

What you will do

• Own the full product lifecycle for RCM AI products from GA launch through growth.
• Define and prioritize the roadmap for billing, claims, and collections workflows.
• Translate AI model outputs and confidence thresholds into actionable product features.
• Define success metrics including recommendation adoption rates and revenue impact.
• Partner with data science and engineering teams to evaluate model performance and feedback loops.
• Engage with billing managers and RCM directors to understand and address customer needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare technology, or computer science.
• 5+ years of software product management experience, including 2+ years with AI/ML products in production.
• Working knowledge of healthcare billing, revenue cycle management, or claims workflows is mandatory.
• Experience managing SaaS products through beta programs and general availability.
• Strong ability to communicate AI limitations and behavior to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with agile processes and cross-functional collaboration.
