What you will do
- Consult with class-based customers to understand goals and recommend the right software solutions
- Initiate proactive customer outreach through calls, emails, and demos based on customer preferences
- Maintain a consistent sales operating rhythm to exceed targets and minimize churn
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations tied to specific business outcomes
- Track pipeline and opportunities within Salesforce.com with accurate monthly and quarterly forecasting
Requirements
- 1+ years of professional sales experience, preferably in SaaS or the health and wellness industry
- Experience utilizing CRM tools, specifically Salesforce
- 1+ years of experience preparing and presenting customer business reviews or packaged proposals
- Strong consultative selling and discovery skills to guide customers through options
- Effective communication and presentation skills for executive-level stakeholders
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
