What you will do

• Support strategic initiatives including M&A, fundraising, and the evaluation of new business lines.
• Assist in the origination, structuring, and execution of acquisitions and investment opportunities.
• Build and review financial models to support transaction decisions and assess commercial opportunities.
• Support the negotiation and execution of commercial agreements with suppliers and counterparties.
• Source and assess financing solutions to manage liquidity and margin requirements.
• Partner cross-functionally with operational and technical teams to execute strategic projects.

Requirements

• STEM degree from a top university.
• Authorized to work in the UK and based in London.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
