Finance Analyst

TL;DR

Finance Analyst: Developing and maintaining financial models, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic planning with an accent on variance analysis and identifying deviations from plans. Focus on cost optimization, process improvements, and revenue growth initiatives.

Location: Hybrid (3 days a week from the office in London, 2 days from home)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain financial models, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic planning.
• Conduct in-depth analysis, modelling, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making processes.
• Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior leadership.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand their business objectives and provide financial guidance.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization, process improvements, and revenue growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with accounting to ensure data integrity and alignment with financial reporting standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, business partnering, or related roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesise complex data and communicate insights effectively.
• Proficiency in financial modelling, data analysis, and visualisation tools (e.g., Google Sheet, Excel, PowerPoint, Looker, SQL).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Fluent in English

Nice to have

• Previous experience in partnering with Marketing Performance and Growth teams is preferred.
• MBA, CPA, or CFA is a plus.
