Capital Markets Analyst / Associate (Fintech): Developing capital markets strategy and executing funding transactions to support annual funding of over £2.5bn with an accent on investor relationship management and strategic funding projects. Focus on originating new transactions, performing complex financial modelling, and managing due diligence for diverse institutional investors.

Location: Hybrid (London). Must be based in the UK and able to work from the office Tuesday-Thursday.

What you will do

• Develop and execute the capital markets strategy to fund over £2.5bn per annum.
• Originate and execute new transactions, including forward flow agreements, asset-backed financing, and new fund launches.
• Manage strategic funding projects and relationships with banks, hedge funds, insurance companies, and pension funds.
• Arrange and lead due diligence sessions for potential new investors.
• Assist in the operation of hirify.global funds and create funding strategies for new product launches.
• Support senior management and founders on corporate development projects and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of relevant industry experience for Analysts; 3-4 years for Associates.
• High proficiency in Excel and financial modelling.
• Knowledge of SQL to query and manage large-scale data.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills for handling financial data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with close attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree or above.
