Tax Assistant Manager

What you will do

• Support tax management across OEGen funds and associated holding structures.
• Coordinate international tax compliance with local advisors across multiple jurisdictions.
• Assist with tax reporting, tax provisioning, and financial statement disclosures.
• Support tax workstreams for acquisitions, restructurings, refinancings, and other transactions.
• Review transaction and financing documentation from a tax perspective.
• Monitor tax risks, support governance processes, and improve internal tax documentation.

Requirements

• Around 4–5 years of corporate tax experience.
• CTA, ACA, or equivalent qualification, or close to qualification.
• Experience in a Big Four firm, international advisory firm, law firm, or in-house tax team.
• Good grounding in tax compliance, reporting, and tax accounting.
• Strong reasoning skills, commercial awareness, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a hybrid role based in London, United Kingdom.

Nice to have

• Exposure to cross-border structures or international tax matters.
• Interest in infrastructure, energy, or investment management.
• German, French, Spanish, or Italian language skills.
