What you will do

• Review and approve loan drawdowns and FX trades to ensure accurate execution.
• Coordinate with risk, compliance, treasury, and client service teams for financing requests.
• Manage the filing and maintenance of Finance Legal Documentation.
• Prepare financing facility requests and handle annual renewals for the loan book.
• Monitor hedge fund FX hedging transactions for compliance with credit risk policies.
• Issue margin statements for Passive Currency Overlay clients and track credit exposure.

Requirements

• University degree or Diploma in Banking, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in fund finance or corporate lending managing commercial relationships.
• Strong understanding of alternative fund financing, specifically NAV and capital call facilities.
• Must be based in or able to work from George Town, Cayman Islands.

Nice to have

• Experience with derivative legal documentation such as ISDA/CSA.
• Strong financial modeling skills.
