Location: Remote (Work schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm PST)

What you will do

  • Execute daily outbound campaigns including cold calling, personalized emails, and LinkedIn messaging.
  • Research, identify, and qualify target accounts aligned with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Maintain a clean and accurate CRM pipeline with detailed tracking of all outreach activity.
  • Handle objections and engage gatekeepers to redirect conversations toward value-driven outcomes.
  • Meet or exceed KPIs including volume of calls, emails sent, and meetings booked.
  • Refine outreach messaging and strategies based on performance data.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of proven experience in outbound sales, cold calling, lead generation, or business development.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage and convert prospects.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
  • Familiarity with sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or ZoomInfo.
  • Availability to work Mon-Fri 8am-5pm PST.
  • High resilience and comfort handling rejection in a high-volume environment.
