What you will do
- Execute daily outbound campaigns including cold calling, personalized emails, and LinkedIn messaging.
- Research, identify, and qualify target accounts aligned with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Maintain a clean and accurate CRM pipeline with detailed tracking of all outreach activity.
- Handle objections and engage gatekeepers to redirect conversations toward value-driven outcomes.
- Meet or exceed KPIs including volume of calls, emails sent, and meetings booked.
- Refine outreach messaging and strategies based on performance data.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of proven experience in outbound sales, cold calling, lead generation, or business development.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage and convert prospects.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
- Familiarity with sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or ZoomInfo.
- Availability to work Mon-Fri 8am-5pm PST.
- High resilience and comfort handling rejection in a high-volume environment.
