What you will do

• Review contracts to ensure revenue and billing compliance.
• Create invoice and revenue schedules for signed contracts.
• Collaborate with sales to address billing and customer set-up inquiries.
• Manage collections by contacting clients to resolve past-due invoices.
• Maintain accurate billing notes and ensure clean master data through corporate collaboration.
• Assist with month-end closing duties and submit invoices via client AP portals.

Requirements

• 2+ years of successful experience in an Accounts Receivable role.
• Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite, specifically in-depth knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience working with Salesforce and Oracle.
• Functional knowledge of Revenue 606.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
