National Operations Specialist (Student Housing)

What you will do

• Provide interim on-site leadership and strategic direction during staffing transitions to ensure stability.
• Coach and develop site teams, including Property Managers, Assistant Managers, and Leasing Managers.
• Oversee property operations, marketing execution, and financial management to increase occupancy and revenue.
• Step into Property Manager responsibilities during resident move-out, turn, and move-in cycles.
• Analyze budgets and financial statements to identify variances and maintain fiscal accountability.
• Partner with revenue strategy to advise on pricing, concessions, and leasing tactics.

Requirements

• 3+ years' experience as a Property Manager or equivalent role.
• Proven background in Student Housing, property management, or marketing and leasing.
• Must live within 1 hour of a major airport.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or comparable industry experience.
• Strong project management and customer service skills.
