What you will do

• Direct all property operations to ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction, efficiency, and profitability.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue, occupancy, and distribution channels.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of hospitality professionals, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Manage property finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and strict expense control.
• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all facilities, amenities, and guest rooms.
• Maintain strong relationships with property owners, corporate housing providers, and local partners.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in hospitality management across multiple asset classes (hotel, F&B, retail).
• Strong business acumen with expertise in revenue management and financial oversight.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with property management systems (PMS).
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Miami, FL.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
