Salary: $250,000 – $300,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Build the operational backbone of the commercial organization, including communication systems and decision-making processes.
• Represent co-founder leadership in 50%+ of meetings, including sales conversations and strategic internal decisions.
• Lead high-impact strategic projects such as identifying channel partners and shaping GTM strategy.
• Develop repeatable, scalable systems for sales collateral, pipeline tracking, and hiring.
• Drive partner-led sales motions with auditors and eventually own the revenue organization.
• Scale the commercial org from 20 people to full maturity across standards, auditing, and insurance lines.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to relocate to San Francisco for full-time on-site work.
• Former analyst at McKinsey, Bain, or BCG (MBB) directly from undergrad.
• 5–7 years of professional experience with a track record of top-tier performance reviews.
• Previous experience at an early-stage startup (Seed–Series C) in ops, strategy, partnerships, or growth.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Fortune 500 CEOs and startup engineers alike.

• Proven track record of working directly with C-suite executives at large enterprises.
• Experience leading small teams while influencing broader organizational movement.
• Genuine curiosity and practical experience with AI tools like Claude or Cursor.
