What you will do

• Participate in four 9-month rotational assignments across Development & Engineering, Manufacturing, Strategic Sourcing, Planning, Customer Support, or IT.
• Prepare and present technical findings and project results to senior management.
• Execute projects aimed at enhancing efficiency, cost reduction, and ESG sustainability.
• Collaborate with a global trainee cohort and build a professional network across the Netherlands and Taiwan.
• Apply technical expertise to solve concrete deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Optical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or Physics.
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology under US Export Administration Regulations.
• Willingness to travel 30% of the time, including domestic and international assignments.
• Ability to work in a clean room environment (wearing full protective gear).
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays for customer site visits.
