What you will do

  • Support payor contracting activities, including reviewing, redlining, and negotiating commercial and government payor agreements.
  • Manage a portfolio of payor contracts to ensure performance, implementation accuracy, and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Analyze claims payments and reimbursement trends to identify operational risks and support resolution.
  • Serve as a primary liaison between physician practices, revenue cycle teams, legal, and analytics stakeholders.
  • Conduct market and legislative research to inform contracting strategies and decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field.
  • Experience in healthcare operations, payor contracting, contract administration, or project management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and digital collaboration tools.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US (E-verify participant)
