What you will do
- Support payor contracting activities, including reviewing, redlining, and negotiating commercial and government payor agreements.
- Manage a portfolio of payor contracts to ensure performance, implementation accuracy, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Analyze claims payments and reimbursement trends to identify operational risks and support resolution.
- Serve as a primary liaison between physician practices, revenue cycle teams, legal, and analytics stakeholders.
- Conduct market and legislative research to inform contracting strategies and decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field.
- Experience in healthcare operations, payor contracting, contract administration, or project management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and digital collaboration tools.
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the US (E-verify participant)
