What you will do

• Lead and own the technical solution design, including topics, instructions, actions, and agent deployment methods.
• Analyze the boundaries of Agentforce Agents to develop novel solutions for business outcomes.
• Collaborate with customers, Project Managers, and UX Designers to translate business needs into well-architected solutions.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initial design through development, testing, and final deployment.
• Stay updated on new Salesforce products and technical capabilities to integrate into client solutions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in application and software development.
• 4+ years of experience in a Salesforce development role.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proficiency in Apex and JavaScript, with working knowledge of Python, Java, or C#.
• Experience with Salesforce Flows, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Agentic AI Systems and Generative AI capabilities.
• Salesforce certifications, specifically Platform Developer II or Agentforce Specialist.
