TL;DR

What you will do

  • Hire, onboard, and ramp a high-performing onsite SDR team in San Francisco.
  • Define the outbound narrative and persona-specific messaging for technical and business buyers.
  • Develop 0→1 outbound frameworks covering ICP, targeting, and multi-channel sequencing.
  • Implement data-driven systems for activity tracking, conversion analysis, and pipeline attribution.
  • Conduct daily coaching rhythms including call reviews and skill development workshops.
  • Partner with AEs and Marketing to align territory strategy and operationalize intent signals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience building outbound motions from scratch (ICP, sequencing, and messaging).
  • Strong track record of coaching and developing early-career SDRs.
  • Deep expertise in multi-channel personalization and persona-specific cold outreach.
  • Ability to implement and analyze data-driven performance systems (funnel math, attribution).
  • Fluency in translating technically sophisticated AI products into resonant messaging.
  • Must be based in or able to work onsite in San Francisco, CA.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling complex technical products to VP Engineering or Head of AI.
  • Proficiency with tools like Outreach, Salesloft, 6sense, Bombora, Clay, or Apollo.
  • Experience managing an SDR-to-AE promotion pipeline.
  • Active use of AI in sales workflows for messaging and analysis.
