What you will do

• Execute weekly and monthly allocation strategies across wholesale partners to meet sales targets.
• Analyze sell-through, inventory levels, and demand signals to identify risks and opportunities.
• Partner with the Wholesale Planning Manager to support forecasting and replenishment strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Finance to ensure inventory alignment.
• Monitor in-season performance and recommend adjustments to maximize revenue.
• Support ad-hoc reporting on wholesale performance and inventory health.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in allocation, planning, or merchandising, preferably in consumer products.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Must be prepared to relocate to Boston, MA to work from the office.

• Experience with planning systems, BI tools, or SQL.
