What you will do

• Manage end-to-end order fulfillment for EPC Large Scale project accounts, ensuring accurate billing and transactions.
• Analyze material availability, manage order allocation, and handle Sales RMA returns and credit notes.
• Conduct weekly Open Order Meetings with Purchasing and Project Management to update delivery dates and revenue forecasting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous improvements in work instructions and order management procedures.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for system testing of new implementations and mentor new team members.
• Coordinate with 3PL Footprint systems and manage freight quotes via the TMS Freight portal.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in order management or customer service.
• Proficiency in SAP and Salesforce.
• Strong knowledge of logistics and freight forwarders (e.g., FedEx, TMS).
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• High school diploma required; Associate degree in Business or Logistics preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in a solar, energy, or supply chain environment.
• Background in business administration or finance.
• Proficiency in German and/or Spanish languages.
