People Business Partner

Location: Hybrid in New York or London

Salary: $256.5K–$313.5K per year

What you will do

• Lead workforce planning and organisational design for Commercial, Creative, Marketing, Corporate Communications and Public Affairs.
• Design the functions’ structures, levelling frameworks and operating models as they scale.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate business strategy into people priorities, programmes and operating plans.
• Embed Neko’s cultural Vitals through practical behaviours, operating rituals and feedback loops.
• Drive leadership development, performance, engagement, compensation, mobility and promotion initiatives.
• Lead change initiatives and manage complex employee relations and people-related risks.

Requirements

• Deep hands-on experience in organisational design, operating-model design and workforce planning.
• Experience building or scaling a function from the ground up, ideally in marketing, creative, communications or another brand-driven domain.
• Senior HR Business Partner, People Partner or People/HR leadership experience at Director level or above.
• Experience leading change initiatives end to end and influencing senior leaders on high-stakes organisational decisions.
• Experience with leadership development, performance calibration, culture and values implementation.
• Fluency with people data, active use of AI in professional work and working knowledge of employment law relevant to creative and marketing talent markets.

Nice to have

• Experience in an early-stage or rapidly scaling function without an established internal playbook.
• Experience evaluating how AI should inform talent decisions and organisational design.
