Operations Specialist (AI)

Compensation: $55,000–$75,000 per year.

What you will do

• Build and drive operational processes that support customer delivery commitments.
• Manage multiple Fellow or contributor programs, including onboarding, workflow coordination, and program health.
• Maintain operational trackers and documentation to ensure consistent execution.
• Monitor contributor engagement and identify retention or performance risks.
• Create feedback loops across frontline operations, product, strategy, and customers.
• Identify bottlenecks, recommend process improvements, and run pilots and experiments.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in operations or at a top-tier consulting firm.
• Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Economics, or another analytics-heavy field.
• Strong analytical and process-improvement capabilities.
• Proficiency in SQL or demonstrated analytical tooling skills.
• Action-oriented approach with creative problem-solving and practical execution.

Nice to have

• Experience in marketplace, logistics, or workforce platform operations.
• Familiarity with Zendesk, Notion, or Airtable.
• Exposure to AI/ML workflows, data annotation, or contributor management.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
