Senior Human Data Operations Partner, AI

Location: North America; remote working available

What you will do

• Translate customer requirements into operational plans, workflows, and delivery timelines.
• Manage participant supply, pools, onboarding, verification, activation, engagement, and quality.
• Lead operational projects from planning through delivery while coordinating multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Track supply and performance metrics, identify risks and gaps, and drive issues to resolution.
• Create project documentation, workflows, and enablement materials.
• Identify bottlenecks and partner with Product and Engineering to improve or automate operational processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in human data, AI data, workforce, marketplace operations, or a similar environment.
• Experience managing complex projects or operational programs with multiple stakeholders and changing requirements.
• Experience with participant, workforce, or supply operations, including onboarding, verification, quality, or activation.
• Strong project management, organizational, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort working with operational data and metrics to identify problems and track performance.
• Familiarity with AI/ML data operations such as data labeling, annotation, evaluation, or domain-specific task curation.

Nice to have

• Experience with global crowdsourcing, gig-economy, or distributed workforce platforms.
• Understanding of hirify.global's platform and human data operations.
