Deployment Strategist (AI)

Location: United States-based; remote role with regular travel of approximately 25–40% for onsite implementation support, customer meetings, training, and go-live activities

Hippocratic AI is building a safety-focused, healthcare-only large language model platform designed to improve patient outcomes and transform healthcare operations.

What you will do

• Map healthcare customer workflows and identify processes that are ready for AI-agent automation.
• Translate operational goals into solution designs and identify technical and operational dependencies.
• Configure and test agent behavior using JSON, command-line tools, and version control.
• Validate deployment data, coordinate integrations and security reviews, and drive go-live sequencing.
• Establish impact baselines, build dashboards and analyses, and quantify post-launch business results.
• Partner with engineers, product managers, customer success partners, clinical experts, and executive customer stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in deployment, implementation, strategic operations, consulting, solution architecture, or technical program management.
• Direct experience serving healthcare customers or working within a healthcare organization, with knowledge of provider, payor, or life sciences workflows.
• Ability to interrogate unfamiliar data schemas, direct analyses, and identify incorrect outputs.
• Hands-on experience with JSON files, terminals, command-line coding assistants, and git workflows.
• Experience managing complex engagements across operational, clinical, IT, and executive stakeholders.
• BA/BS in a technical field such as engineering, science, analytics, or economics.

Nice to have

• SQL and Epic experience, including Clarity, Caboodle, Cogito, or Epic certification.
• Clinical background such as RN, BSN, or clinical informatics.
• Forward-deployed, implementation, or solutions experience at an AI, data-platform, or health-tech company.
• HL7 or FHIR fluency and experience with utilization management, prior authorization, care management, revenue cycle, or value-based care.
• Experience with LLM-based or agentic products in production.
