Senior Implementation Manager (AI)

Location: Remote - United States

Base pay: $80K–$115K annually; OTE: $96K–$138K annually, including potential bonus.

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end implementation and launch of new clients on the Studio and Da Vinci platforms.
• Act as the primary point of contact and project manager, coordinating clients and internal teams to meet launch deadlines.
• Understand client business goals, data, and program objectives to implement scalable use cases.
• Design custom technical solutions with developers, engineers, architects, and product owners.
• Train clients on the platform, promote implementation best practices, and resolve objections and questions.
• Configure and thoroughly QA email and mobile campaigns before launch.

Requirements

• 4+ years of account, project, or implementation management experience.
• Hands-on experience with mobile messaging platforms and strong SMS and MMS knowledge; push experience is highly valued.
• Proficiency with modern web technologies, including HTML, JavaScript, and APIs.
• Experience with email service providers, cloud data warehouses, data lakes, and ETL processes is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, prioritization, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing strategies, strong technical affinity, and attention to detail.
